Thank you for your interest in our Balanced Man Scholarship!  This nationally recognized scholarship provides an opportunity for incoming students to enter into a competitive process for a scholarship awarded by the Mississippi Beta Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon.  Some of you may have received an invitation to apply via standard mail.  We also have online an electronic application which may be completed and submitted at the link below.  We invite everyone to apply for the scholarship, and after the application is due on June 1st, we will be contacting all those who have applied and will announce the finalists to be interviewed after having reviewed every application.  As is mentioned in the letter, we would like to remind everyone that this in no way signifies any lasting committment to Sigma Phi Epsilon and that neither advancement to the category of finalist nor the acceptance of this scholarship is binding to any student involved.  We award this scholarship strictly on the basis of academic excellence, leadership experience, community and high school involvement, and the interview process.  Thank you again for your interest and we invite you to contact any member of the Executive Council if any questions occur.  Also, listed below is the contact information for the two chairmen of the Scholarship Committee who are also available to answer any questions.
